Job Title: Junior Accountant / Finance Executive (CA/CMA) Location: [Hyderabad] Experience: 0 – 2 Years Qualification: CA / CMA (Qualified or Semi-qualified) Industry: [Manufacturing / FMCG / IT / Consulting / Financial Services] Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with up to 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with tax filings – GST, TDS, and Income Tax. Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals. Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts. Assist with internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of data and resolution of audit queries. Help in preparing cost reports and profitability analysis (especially for CMA roles). Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial data collection and reporting. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good understanding of direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS). Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred: Internship or article-ship experience in audit firms or corporate finance. Exposure to costing or management accounting (for CMA applicants).
