Role & responsibilities:

JD Dy. Mgr. Accounts/ Asst. Mgr. Accounts

Core Areas

1. Periodical Review of Capex and Project items in CWIP, ensure monthly settlement of Capex/Project items to CWIP and Capitalization of Assets, Depreciation run by follow-up with the concerned Depts. and accurate assets reporting.
2. Preparation of Assets related Schedules for Statutory Audit and Income Tax Audit.
3. Responsible to maintain proper Fixed Assets Register and the relevant details for identification of Assets in SAP system.
4. Design, Participate and Implement Assets Physical Verification Process at Units & HO every year and reconciling with the SAP Asset Register as per audit requirements. Include Physical Tagging exercise initiation and completion to enable Physical Verifications.
5. Responsibility for Fixed Assets related to IND AS, CARO, IFC and Statutory compliance requirements.

Other Areas

1. Contribute to financial reporting schedules for P&L and Balance Sheet preparation and notes to accounts and other information as per Ind AS.
2. Coordinate with IFC & Internal auditors for IFC Testing and Internal audit for Accounts & Finance and other Depts. Coordinate with statutory auditors as per requirement.
3. Statutory compliances with respect to TDS, GST, Labour laws, MSME etc.
4. Working knowledge and experience on Income tax laws, Tax audit and Assessment procedure.

Qualification & Experience

• CA/CMA
• Relevant experience of 3-7 years in manufacturing industry (pharma preferred)
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO and Assets module
