POSITION SUMMARY Onni Group is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a hands-on development role focused on building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development, front-end technologies, and database management combined with an eye for user experience (UX), accessibility, and performance optimization. This position, collaborating closely with our Canada- and US-based systems teams. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can work independently, and has excellent technical and communication skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • WordPress Development o Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites. o Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet business needs. o Build custom plugins and extend WordPress functionality where required. o Experience supporting headless WordPress setups. o Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and security. • User Experience (UX) & Front-End Development o Translate design mockups o 8into high-quality WordPress implementations. o Ensure websites are intuitive, user-friendly, and consistent across devices. o Apply UX best practices to enhance navigation, readability, and site interactions. o Maintain compliance with WGAG accessibility standards. o Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing. o Conduct usability testing and resolve UX pain points. • Front-End & Back-End Integration o Implement modern front-end frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or similar). o Integrate APIs and third-party services into WordPress. o Manage and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and schemas. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless user experience. • Deployment & Maintenance o Deploy and manage websites in cloud hosting environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar). o Implement CI/CD and version control using Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub. o Ensure regular updates, backups, and security patches are applied. o Monitor performance, uptime, and apply optimizations as needed. • Collaboration & Process o Work with design, marketing, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. o Translate business needs into intuitive, user-friendly website features. o Document processes, custom code, and best practices for future maintainability. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Technical: • Strong expertise in WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, filters, WP REST API). • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Experience with UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG). • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization. • Knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of website security (SSL, authentication, hardening techniques). • Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Vue) is a plus, especially for Gutenberg block development or headless WordPress. Non-technical: • Demonstrable knowledge of hospitality industry and marketing concepts would be a major asset. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate complex technical terms and solutions fluently with other members of the systems team. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset. • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions. • User-centric approach to application design and development. • Independent and self-motivated, while knowing when to ask for guidance. • Strong business acumen, understanding how businesses function and leverage technology. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: • 3–5 years of professional WordPress development experience. • Proven experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development. • Demonstrated ability to build user-friendly, accessible, and performant websites. • Prior experience with remote, cross-functional teams is a plus. • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business application integrations is an asset. • Prior experience working in a remote, cross-functional team is beneficial.

Property GL (AR & R2R) hyderabad 10 - 18 years INR 16.0 - 25.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Preferred candidate profile Position Summary The Property GL is responsible for the financial operation of a portfolio of properties while managing 3 supporting property administrators. This includes review posting cash activity and reconciling it monthly, abstracting Leases for rent roll posting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review Processes rent roll and input all A/R adjustments, including write-offs, reversals, additional billings i.e. Parking, Storage, chargebacks Reconcile bank activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Abstracts of new leases & amendments of commercial leases into our accounting software Reviews invoices that have been entered into accounting software & assists property managers in resolving any A/P related issues. Administers tenant files and security deposits in accounting software Review Processed Move in/Move Outs in accounting software by interpreting new and existing leases Performs month end A/R and GL closing procedures Review Processed monthly Strata fees and Mortgages for both residential and commercial portfolio. Works with VP of Accounting, Property Management, Controller and Managers of property accounting department with regards to rent roll & all tenant related adjustments Assist Property Accountants in annual CAM / Tax recoveries and budgets. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance Proficiency in Yardi, Acumatica is preferred 9+ years of accounts receivable experience, with familiarity in both Canadian and U.S. processing preferred.
