The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with tax filings – GST, TDS, and Income Tax. Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals. Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts. Assist with internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of data and resolution of audit queries. Help in preparing cost reports and profitability analysis (especially for CMA roles). Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial data collection and reporting. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good understanding of direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS). Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred: Internship or article-ship experience in audit firms or corporate finance. Exposure to costing or management accounting (for CMA applicants). Job Title: Account Management Manager / CRM – Co-working Spaces Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 6–7 Years (preferably in co-working, commercial real estate, or flexible workspace industry) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management within the co-working or flexible workspace industry and be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored workspace solutions. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure service satisfaction. Revenue Growth & Retention: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Work closely with sales and community teams to renew contracts and enhance client retention. Monitor client usage and propose customized solutions to optimize space utilization. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (community, operations, legal, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services. Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and effective manner. Reporting & Insights: Track account metrics including usage, satisfaction, retention, and revenue. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on account health and risks. Client Onboarding: Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients including workspace setup, orientation, and initial support. Key Requirements: 6–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management , preferably within the co-working, flexible office, or commercial real estate sector . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a client-centric mindset. Knowledge of the Hyderabad commercial real estate or co-working landscape is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
