Job Description

As an Account Management Manager at our company in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts in the co-working or flexible workspace industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your duties will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for key client accounts. - Developing long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized workspace solutions. - Conducting regular check-ins and reviews with clients to guarantee service satisfaction. - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. - Collaborating with sales and community teams to renew contracts and improve client retention. - Monitoring client usage and suggesting tailored solutions to optimize space utilization. - Coordinating with internal teams (community, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Addressing any issues or complaints from clients promptly and effectively. - Tracking account metrics such as usage, satisfaction, retention, and revenue. - Providing regular reports and insights to leadership on account health and potential risks. - Overseeing the smooth onboarding of new clients, including workspace setup, orientation, and initial support. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management, preferably in the co-working, flexible office, or commercial real estate sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients at all levels. - Proven capability to manage multiple accounts with a client-centric approach. - Knowledge of the Hyderabad commercial real estate or co-working landscape is advantageous. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus). Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a yearly bonus. Your work location will be in person.,
