Job Description

As a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager at iSprout Business Center, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our coworking space organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Your proactive approach and strong background in sales will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients will be a key aspect of your role. By understanding clients" needs and providing tailored solutions, you will ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to improve our offerings and stay competitive in the market. Collaboration and teamwork are essential in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients. Mentoring and supporting junior sales team members will also be part of your responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts, as well as preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, will be crucial for success in this role. Utilizing CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client communications will help in effectively managing sales processes. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales, preferably in the coworking, real estate, or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in the coworking space industry, familiarity with local market dynamics and the business community, and a strong network of contacts within the industry. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person at our spaces in Banglore, Chennai, or Hyderabad.
