Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President - Sales, based in Coimbatore. The VP-Sales will oversee and manage sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales plans, maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence in all sales-related functions. Collaboration with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives is an integral part of the role.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development
• Strong experience in Sales Management, including strategic planning and team leadership
• Deep understanding of Sales Operations and Account Management
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies effectively
• Proficient in leveraging CRM tools and data analytics for performance tracking
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
