Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute industry-specific sales strategies and plans to engage with Enterprise and SMB clients
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting on outbound pipeline contributions, including data-driven insights on team and individual performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health (e.g., lead velocity rate).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Proactively prospect and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities through diverse channels.
- Position Keka as the preferred choice for clients seeking best-in-class HR technology solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in the HR technology space to drive meaningful conversations and create new sales opportunities.
- Represent Keka at industry events and conferences by networking and promoting the company's value proposition
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success selling HRMS/HRIS/payroll/talent systems in India (mandatory or strong preference).
- Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of India HR/payroll compliance, employee lifecycle workflows, and HR process automation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise deals and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
