Title: Founder's Office- Associate Job Responsibilities Working with the Founder's Office team in driving key organisational priorities through coordination amongst functional leaders. Execute and track cross-functional projects proactively and ensure timely delivery and alignment of projects with strategic objectives. Help the team in executing Business Reviews and other important Leadership Meetings with communications, agenda creation, reports, presentations, and documentation. Curate and provide data analysis for key impact decisions and discussions. Talent and Skill Expectations Great problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to break down complex problems into smaller pieces towards closure. Comfort with ambiguity - Ability to work on ambiguous problem statements / ambiguous environments and define a clear path for execution. High sense of ownership and initiative - Strong ability to drive execution while having high ownership for owned mandates. Strong stakeholder & team management skills - Ability to manage stakeholders across levels and teams to deliver on tight execution plans. Multi-tasking abilities- Ability to soak in pressure, and multiple projects, stay calm and set high standards for oneself. Ideal Profile Minimum 1 year of work experience in Founder's Office and cross-functional fields. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related fields from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college. Bonus Points Experience in Program management. Fast-paced/VC-backed start-up experience is a plus. Managing large-scale strategic / transformation projects in your prior role. Show more Show less
