Job Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder. This role goes beyond traditional scheduling — you’ll be their right hand, helping manage professional responsibilities, client interactions, and personal brand presence across social media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and day-to-day tasks
  • Join meetings (internal and client-facing), take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle and grow the Founder’s personal Instagram and LinkedIn presence in coordination with the social media team
  • Coordinate with internal teams (especially social & PR) for Founder-led initiatives
  • Assist with travel scheduling and external coordination for client visits
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency in all interactions


Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability setup
  • Tech-savvy, well-versed with social media trends, especially Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Prior experience in a marketing/PR agency is a plus
  • Open to travel for client meetings as needed
  • Must be available to work from office – Monday to Friday


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a startup or marketing agency environment.
  • Experience in managing calendars. 
  • Knowledge of social media and PR.
