Account Management Manager

As an Account Management Manager / CRM in Co-working Spaces, your role will involve managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growth within the co-working industry in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored workspace solutions. - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure service satisfaction. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. - Collaborate with sales and community teams to renew contracts and enhance client retention. - Monitor client usage and offer customized solutions to optimize space utilization. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Resolve client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. - Track account metrics such as usage, satisfaction, retention, and revenue. - Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on account health and risks. - Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients including workspace setup and initial support. Key Requirements: - 6-7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management within co-working, flexible office, or commercial real estate. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a client-centric approach. - Knowledge of Hyderabad's commercial real estate or co-working landscape is advantageous. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
