SETV HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED


Position:

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Onsite as required)

Employment Type: Internship / Full-Time (based on profile & requirement)

Duration: 3 Months Unpaid Internship (with possibility of extension or conversion to paid based on performance)

Working Hours: 5 hours/day + 1 hour lunch/dinner break

Shift Options:

  • 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM (IST)

Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, high-value segments, and competitor positioning.
  • Analyze CRM data, sales performance metrics, and external trends to shape lead generation strategy.
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures to visualize outreach effectiveness and market engagement.
  • Optimize data collection workflows and lead quality through structured processes and automation.

Lead Identification & Qualification:

  • Identify new leads through tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    ,

    industry directories

    , and

    CRM databases

    .
  • Score and qualify leads using structured frameworks to align with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Update and manage lead records using

    HubSpot

    ,

    Salesforce

    , or equivalent CRMs with accuracy.

Outreach & Nurturing:

  • Initiate contact through email, phone, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp with tailored messaging across personas.
  • Develop and refine outreach scripts, cadences, and templates to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Track outreach interactions, follow-ups, and funnel progression, moving leads from MQL to SQL status.
  • Support appointment setting, demo booking, and initial client communication in collaboration with sales teams.

Collaboration & Optimization:

  • Coordinate with marketing, inside sales, and product teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business goals to refine lead generation processes.
  • Track KPIs including

    MQL to SQL conversion

    ,

    email open rates

    ,

    response rates

    , and

    pipeline growth

    .
  • Research new tools, best practices, and channels for continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Master’s preferred.
  • Prior experience in Business Analysis, SDR, or Lead Generation roles (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and sales metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (

    HubSpot

    ,

    Salesforce

    ), and BI tools (

    Tableau

    ,

    Power BI

    ).
  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying techniques is an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of lead generation success and proactive pipeline contribution.
