Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Strategy Coordinator to support our organization's strategic planning and execution. The Business Strategy Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting senior management in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to help align business operations with long-term goals and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Assist in the development and refinement of the company's strategic plan, including mission, vision, and long-term goals.
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify key strategic priorities and objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Research:
    • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the business environment.
  • Strategy Execution:
    • Work with various departments to implement strategic initiatives and projects.
    • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
    • Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of strategic goals.
  • Business Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve internal processes.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Organize and lead strategy meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    • Identify potential risks to the execution of the strategic plan and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and report on risk factors that could impact the organization's strategic goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain documentation related to the strategic plan, including objectives, action plans, and timelines.
    • Generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to work with complex data.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in strategy development or business analysis is a plus.

Experience:

  • Fresher. Experience in sales will be an advantage
