Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales approaches.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  

Experience

• 48 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 23 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in [your industrye.g., FMCG, IT solutions, B2B, retail, etc.] will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
