As an ambitious and target-driven Area Sales Manager, your role will involve leading sales operations in specific regions like Gujarat, Mumbai, and Thane. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, devising strategies to achieve revenue targets, and fostering strong client relationships to expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets. - Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of sales executives to enhance performance. - Identify new business prospects and grow the customer base in the designated area. - Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales approaches accordingly. - Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations. - Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team. - Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Experience: - 4-8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. - Experience in industries such as FMCG, IT solutions, B2B, retail, etc., will be advantageous. - Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
