Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading sales operations in the specified region as an Area Sales Manager. Your main tasks will include managing a sales team, creating and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, and establishing strong relationships with clients to enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to attain regional targets. - Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of sales executives to optimize their performance. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the designated area. - Cultivate and uphold robust client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly. - Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations. - Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team. - Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proficient in leadership, communication, and negotiation. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Flexibility to travel within the designated region. Additional Company Details: The company is looking for applicants with 4-8 years of sales experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. Candidates with a background in FMCG, IT solutions, B2B, retail, or similar industries will have a competitive advantage. Successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets is preferred.
