Area Sales Manager - West

As an ambitious and target-driven Area Sales Manager, your role involves leading sales operations in a specific region. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and building strong client relationships to expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales approaches. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. - Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team. - Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region. In addition to the above, you must have 4-8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
