Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and target potential enterprise clients (builders, developers, brokers, etc.).Conduct market research and cold calls to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Client Visits & Meetings:

    Conduct regular field visits for face-to-face client meetings. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to CXOs and decision-makers.Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Sales Conversion:

    Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate pricing and service terms to maximize business value. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management:

    Build long-term relationships with key accounts.Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    Work closely with the inside sales, marketing, and product teams.Maintain accurate CRM data and report sales performance to management.
