Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Manager to oversee inside sales operations at Manyata Business Tech Park. The City Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 15+ agents, driving annual revenue targets exceeding 10 Crores, and managing B2C telesales/inside sales operations. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and mentor a team of 15+ agents to achieve sales targets and operational goals. • Drive annual revenue generation of 10+ Crores through effective sales strategies and team management. • Utilize extensive experience in B2C tele sales/inside sales to optimize sales processes and maximize customer acquisition and retention • Provide hands-on support and guidance to agents, ensuring a productive and motivated team environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. • Develop and implementsales metrics and funnel strategiesto enhance performance and meet KPIs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotesteamwork and professional growth.
