Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of study abroad counsellors and professionals. Your role will involve supervising and guiding a 10-member team to meet sales and counselling targets, providing regular coaching, motivation, and performance feedback, handling escalations, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth application processing and student satisfaction. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the team meets both individual and group objectives. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include being a graduate in any discipline, having a minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role, proven sales experience (experience in the education/consulting sector is an advantage), strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
