Note: Candidates with relevant experience in Team Leading for UK Insurance domain working in any process (L&P, Property & Casualty Insurance, etc)

• Graduate with 1 - 5 years of experience in international insurance.
• Knowledge of Life and Pension UK insurance preferred.
• Strong understanding of documents related to L&P insurance guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail as the process involves payments

Experience Required

• Overall 8+ years of experience and 2+ years in Team Leading in papers is must.
• Should have knowledge of all Team Leading activities like (Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA management, Team handling, KPI etc.)
• Should have worked in UK Insurance process (L&P insurance, Property and Casualty, etc )
• Should be flexible to work in any shifts.

Eligibility criteria

• 15 years full time education (No Correspondence).
• Excellent communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.
• Ready to work in any shifts
