Team Lead

As a Team Leader at our leading Business Process Outsourcing company in India, your role will involve managing a growing operations team with a focus on strong leadership, client management, data processing, and team performance. You will be responsible for the following: - Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of up to 30 operations executives - Set goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews - Provide training, coaching, and career development support - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment - Client & Project Management - Serve as primary client contact and relationship manager - Collaborate with Client Services, Business Development, and Account Management teams - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards - Maintain SLA compliance and client satisfaction - Data Operations - Handle large data files across multiple formats (CSV, TSV, XLS, etc.) - Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks - Create reports and manage data allocation schedules - Develop Excel macros for process automation Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience - Minimum 5 years in BPO industry - 2+ years in team leadership/supervisory role - Skills - Excellent English communication (written and verbal) - Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, including macros) - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Data processing and reporting experience Join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional BPO services to global clients.,
