Job Description

Job Summary: We are urgently hiring a Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of study abroad counsellors and professionals. The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of team handling experience, a strong background in sales, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide a 10-member team to meet sales and counselling targets * Provide regular coaching, motivation, and performance feedback * Handle escalated student or client concerns and resolve issues efficiently * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth application processing and student satisfaction * Monitor team KPIs and report performance to management Qualifications and Experience: * Graduate in any discipline * Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role * Proven sales experience (experience in the education/consulting sector is an advantage) * Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits: * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives * Growth opportunities within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Briefly describe your team management experience – include your role, number of team members, team responsibilities, and duration.
