Continuously assess and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Address any post-launch issues, bugs, or user feedback, and ensure fixes or updates are provided promptly. Manage the project backlog, ensure user stories are clear, and help prioritize tasks. Facilitate sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, and help the team adhere to Agile principles. Preferred Qualifications Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science. 5+ years of general technical experience. 3+ years of managing or coordinating technical projects.
