You are responsible for consulting, closing sales, and ensuring smooth onboarding for clients joining the AutomateIndia.ai™ platform — part of the Profit365 business ecosystem. This role combines sales expertise + strategic consulting + client success. 💼 Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Lead Engagement & ConsultationConnect with leads generated through ads, campaigns, or referrals. Understand each prospect’s business goals, challenges, and automation needs. Deliver high-impact consultations that educate prospects on the power of business automation. Present the AutomateIndia.ai™ platform as a tailored solution for their growth. 2️⃣ Sales & Revenue GrowthConvert qualified leads into paying clients through consultative selling. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Manage the sales funnel — from first contact to follow-up to close. Maintain accurate CRM records and timely updates. Build strong relationships that lead to repeat sales and referrals. 3️⃣ Client Onboarding & SuccessGuide new clients through the onboarding process — collecting details, setting up accounts, and ensuring successful first use. Schedule welcome calls or demos to walk clients through their automation dashboard. Coordinate with the tech & support team for smooth deployment. Track client activation and satisfaction in the first 30 days. 4️⃣ Collaboration & ReportingShare customer insights and feedback with marketing and product teams. Participate in daily sales meetings and weekly review sessions. Maintain performance dashboards for lead conversions and onboarding metrics.
