Role OverviewWe are seeking a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can manage social media platforms, run performance marketing campaigns (Meta & YouTube Ads), handle appointments, and assist in closing clients. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the company’s growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube. Generate qualified leads through online marketing strategies. Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects. Support in sales calls & closing conversations with potential clients. Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Track and report performance of marketing campaigns & sales funnel. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & YouTube Ads. Strong communication & persuasion skills. Ability to multitask between marketing execution and client interaction.
