We are looking for a confident and persuasive Sales Closer who can enroll qualified prospects into our coaching programs. This is not cold calling — all leads will come from Profit365 webinars, seminars, and challenges. Your role is to build trust, understand the client’s needs, and confidently guide them to take the right decision — saying YES to their growth journey. 🛠 ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with warm leads from Profit365 events (webinars, seminars, challenges). Conduct 1-to-1 discovery calls to identify needs and goals. Present Profit365 coaching programs, highlighting benefits and ROI. Handle objections (time, money, confidence) with empathy and clarity. Close sales ethically, ensuring only right-fit clients join. Maintain CRM and track lead status, call notes, and conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets. Cold calling for lead generations Hitting target . Share insights with the team on lead quality and client feedback. ✅ Requirements2+ years of experience in sales/closing (coaching/consulting/ed-tech preferred). Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Persuasive but empathetic; guides rather than pressures. Comfortable with phone/Zoom-based selling.
