Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our services, generate quality leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role involves both field and digital marketing activities, client interaction, and achieving sales targets through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels
• Promote company products and services effectively
• Generate, follow up, and close sales leads
• Coordinate with the telecalling and digital marketing teams
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in customer handling and presentations
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers are welcome (training provided)
• Experience in sales, marketing, real estate, finance, or insurance is an advantage

Pay: ₹9,290.64 - ₹15,584.55 per month
