Actively oversee daily office functioning and ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with Profit365 clients (calls, WhatsApp, email) for onboarding, sessions, and follow-ups. Supervise office/admin tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain reports, records, and client databases for Profit365. Support in planning and executing Profit365 events – seminars, workshops, and webinars. Handle event logistics: registrations, reminders, participant support, and feedback. Oversee vendors/service providers for event requirements. Assist in social media posting and community group management (Profit365 Challenge, WhatsApp groups). Act as the Founder’s right hand — ensuring tasks are executed and followed up. ✅ RequirementsGraduate (any stream). 2–4 years of experience as an EA, admin, or office operations role. Event handling experience (seminars/webinars) is a strong plus. Good communication skills (English + Hindi). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom/WhatsApp. Energetic, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Your role is to build trust, understand the client’s needs, and confidently guide them to take the right decision — saying YES to their growth journey. 🛠 ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with warm leads from Profit365 events (webinars, seminars, challenges). Conduct 1-to-1 discovery calls to identify needs and goals. Present Profit365 coaching programs, highlighting benefits and ROI. Handle objections (time, money, confidence) with empathy and clarity. Close sales ethically, ensuring only right-fit clients join. Maintain CRM and track lead status, call notes, and conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
