Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified B2B leads generated by the Lead Gen team or via inbound sources.
  • Understand client needs and pitch solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct virtual meetings or detailed follow-up calls with decision-makers.
  • Build trust and close sales effectively within a short sales cycle.
  • Maintain daily sales activity reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking.
  • Work closely with UK consultants for smooth handover of confirmed appointments.
  • Mentor junior BDEs when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound / international sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong ability to close leads and manage the sales funnel independently.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
