Job Description

The job involves working from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST and focuses on engaging with qualified B2B leads, understanding client needs, conducting virtual meetings with decision-makers, and closing sales effectively within a short sales cycle. Daily tasks include maintaining sales activity reports, updating CRM, tracking pipeline, and collaborating with UK consultants for confirmed appointments handover. Mentoring junior BDEs may be required at times. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of outbound/international sales experience, possess excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, demonstrate the ability to close leads and manage the sales funnel independently, and preferably have experience in B2B sales. Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is considered a plus.
