Role & responsibilities Engage with qualified B2B leads generated by the Lead Gen team or via inbound sources. Understand client needs and pitch solutions accordingly. Conduct virtual meetings or detailed follow-up calls with decision-makers. Build trust and close sales effectively within a short sales cycle. Maintain daily sales activity reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking. Work closely with UK consultants for smooth handover of confirmed appointments. Mentor junior BDEs when required. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound / international sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Strong ability to close leads and manage the sales funnel independently. Experience in B2B sales is preferred. Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
