ensuring delivery to the customer needs, and growing the relationship with the customer. The Business Partner plays a critical role in enhancing customer experience by strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring long-term value delivery

Role Description
The Business Partner is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction, stronger relationships, and increased business opportunities Specifically:
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer and partner organizations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account value through upselling and cross-selling of
Positka’s solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth coordination between client needs
and internal teams.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and overall
account growth.
Accounts will primarily be in the domain of Cybersecurity and allied areas of Information Technology. Over
time, the Account Manager will be expected to develop deep knowledge of Positka’s solutions and leverage them to maximize client value.
The Business Partner will manage and grow strategic accounts by ensuring client satisfaction, strengthening
relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Based in Mumbai/NCR Delhi, the role requires travel
across geographies to expand Positka’s footprint.
As Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
• Owning and maintaining relationships with strategic customer accounts, ensuring high levels of client
satisfaction and retention.
• Driving account growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities within existing
customer accounts.
• Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on
deliverables, service quality, and business objectives.
• Developing and executing account development strategies to enhance customer engagement and
increase account stickiness.
• Building strong partner relationships to drive joint opportunities and collaborations.
• Consistently delivering against sales and business development targets within assigned accounts.
• Tracking account performance, ensuring proactive communication of status, risks, and opportunities
to stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns by working with cross-functional internal teams.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
• Identify and recommend the right mix of Positka products and services to match client business
needs.
• Prioritize accounts and opportunities strategically to maximize revenue and relationship depth
• Anticipate potential risks or challenges in customer accounts and take proactive steps to mitigate
them.
• Manage and resolve escalations with professionalism and customer focus.
• Analyze customer data, business trends, and performance insights to guide account growth
strategies.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and partners to close opportunities and ensure long-term value.
• Lead by example in fostering transparency, trust, and accountability in customer interactions.
Successful candidates will work directly with senior client stakeholders to develop and maintain trusted
relationships. They will coordinate with delivery and functional teams within Positka to ensure account
objectives are met, while simultaneously exploring new avenues for growth. The role also requires
collaboration with partners to jointly deliver value to customers
Experience, skills, education:
• 5–8 years of experience in Account Management / Strategic Account Handling, preferably in IT Services
or Technology domain.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and consistently achieving business development targets.
• Strong understanding of IT functions such as IT Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, IT Support, and
Data Analytics.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at
senior client levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to speak fluent English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and partners across geographies

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, and other business leaders) to develop and deliver long-term strategic value.
