Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience
• Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership and management to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

• Ability to understand complex business models, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Capacity to translate business strategy into functional priorities and actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

• Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
