Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Partner. The individual in this role will engage with local businesses and brands to foster collaborations and partnerships. Responsibilities include developing strategies to strengthen client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for effective campaign execution, analyzing business needs, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth. The Business Partner will also represent Amdavad Realm during events and presentations to expand its network and market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and partnership development skills
• Knowledge of business development, client management, and local market insights
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or event marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment with a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
