Job Description

Our company, V-Green Global Charging Stations Development, aims to invest in a robust charging infrastructure that prioritizes supporting VinFast vehicles and advancing Vietnam's leadership in electric vehicle charging stations.


OVERVIEW:


MAIN RESPONESIBILITIES

  • FOR B2B:

    Conduct market and site research to identify high-potential B2B sites (malls, office complexes, fuel stations, highways). Evaluate based on traffic flow, zoning regulations, and electrical infrastructure availability (DISCOM load sanction, CEA approval).
  • FOR B2C:

    Conduct site research to identify high-potential consumer-facing charging locations (residential complexes, malls, supermarkets, parking lots, and fuel stations). Evaluate sites based on consumer traffic, zoning rules, and electrical infra availability (DISCOM load sanction, CEA approval).
  • Oversee project scheduling and rollout coordination. Lead cross-functional teams including contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and state nodal agencies to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Supervise documentation and contract management. Ensure timely tracking of permits/approvals under the Electricity Act, municipal zoning, Fire Safety, environmental norms, and labor law compliance. Maintain audit-ready compliance records.
  • Engage with property owners, developers, municipal bodies, DISCOMs, and state regulatory authorities. Secure MoUs/agreements ensuring alignment with Indian real estate, RERA, and zoning laws. Coordinate with government agencies under FAME II/state EV schemes.
  • Conduct high-level client/product presentations for B2B stakeholders. Align proposals with government incentive models (FAME II/state EV subsidies). Address queries and ensure business models comply with Indian tax, GST, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on EV industry trends, national/state EV policies, and competitor landscape. Identify opportunities for new B2B partnerships and infrastructure development.
  • Provide MIS, dashboards, and compliance reports on project acquisition and rollout. Prepare reports for senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies (MoP, MNRE, CEA, state nodal agencies). Ensure transparency and statutory compliance in reporting.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. Certification in infrastructure development, contracts, or compliance is an advantage.
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within renewable energy, EV charging, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong track record in

    B2B/B2C

    partnerships with technology/energy/utility companies. Familiarity with EV charging infra rollouts in India is essential.
  • Ability to articulate EV charging benefits and policy compliance requirements to diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, proactive, customer-centric, and collaborative leader. Demonstrates strategic thinking, problem-solving, and compliance awareness.
  • Capable of driving large-scale EV expansion projects while aligning with government regulations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
