Job descriptions: Overall: Responsible for the comprehensive organization, management, and supervision of all activities of the Human Resources, Administration in the market according to the KPIs set by the Board of Directors. Coordinate with vertical branches of the The Human Resources and Administration department to carry out HR and administrative activities within the company. Plan and implement recruitment, onboarding training for the company. Report on employee turnover, draft employment contracts, and terminate contracts according to local regulations. Develop policies on wages, benefits, payroll, and monthly income tax reporting for the local Handle administrative tasks: manage office operations, cleaning, office supplies, work permits for employees and visitors. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of 7 years of experience in handling tasks related to Human Resources, Administration. At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading teams, and implementing tasks related to Human Resources, Administration. Exerience in setting up the team from scrach.
