The Head of Site Development – Key Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the entire strategy and execution of the EV charging station network expansion across Indonesia. MAIN RESPONESIBILITIES Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the department responsible for expanding the company’s EV charging infrastructure in Indonesia. Develop and implement strategic expansion plans, focusing on identifying high-traffic areas, key locations for station setups, and optimal rental agreements. Set clear department goals, KPIs, and objectives aligned with the company’s mission to accelerate EV adoption. Site Acquisition & Negotiations: Oversee the identification and negotiation of rental agreements for locations to install charging stations, such as retail centers, parking lots, malls, office buildings, and transportation hubs. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate developers, and government agencies, to facilitate agreements and approvals. Ensure all sites meet the technical, legal, and operational requirements for successful charging station deployment. Project Management & Execution: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of EV charging stations from concept to completion, ensuring the team follows timelines and budgets. Collaborate with engineering, legal, and operational teams to ensure efficient project execution and integration with existing infrastructure. Continuously monitor project progress and resolve any operational or logistical challenges. Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in communication with property owners, developers, and local authorities to ensure smooth collaboration. Help ensure all necessary approvals and permits are secured for project sites. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the department team to achieve set goals and foster professional development. Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and optimize operations to meet targets. Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Work with local authorities and utility companies to secure necessary permits and approvals for new sites. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and key opportunities. Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance market positioning. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand messaging, campaigns, and promotions. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of charging station solutions. Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the business and stay informed on industry developments. Stay up to date with government policies, regulations, and technological advancements in the EV charging sector. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred). MBA or other relevant advanced degrees, particularly with a focus on energy, sustainability, or technology sectors. Minimum of 7-10 years in infrastructure development, real estate, or renewable energy, with at least 5 years in leadership positions. Strong understanding of the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and energy solutions market, preferably with direct experience in the EV sector, renewable energy, or related industries in Indonesia. Familiarity with the Indonesian market, including local business practices, government policies, and customer behavior related to sustainable energy solutions.
