OVERVIEW: Receive and process KPIs regarding the progress of station setup. Act as the main point of contact to coordinate with contractor departments/Setup/finance - accounting to carry out negotiations/finalize pricing and sign the construction contract. Draft the conditions of the contracts to be signed with collaborating partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the issued regulations, and negotiate with partners regarding the terms in the contract/appendix. Responsibilities Control the results of the site survey for the charging station, create the layout to ensure fire safety distances, and ensure the charging station layout meets the standards. Control the site handover to the contractor for construction approval. Receive information on issues from the Construction Management Board to coordinate and resolve them. Control the charging stations' progress according to the plan. Control the electricity purchase contracts and the substation management contracts. Coordinate with departments to plan upgrades for old stations to ensure customer service. Review, negotiate, and re-sign/extend contracts/appendix with collaborative partners to ensure the continued operation of the charging stations, optimizing the company's benefits. Receive information from partners to discuss and resolve issues arising related to the contract/ appendix. Collect legal documents. Extract contract details, update data for tracking and data management systems. Draft contracts/appendix and relevant correspondence or agreements. Report work progress as requested by the management and periodically according to regulations. Qualifications Graduated from college or university with a major in Design, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc. Has experience in supervising construction works, electrical works, quantity take-off, and valuation of construction and electrical projects for at least 2 years.
