Description
As an Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve organizing and implementing operational activities in compliance with Indian labor laws, Electricity Act, CEA regulations, and environmental standards. Your focus will be on standardization, simplification, efficiency, and scalability to ensure seamless operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct safety & quality audits during installation, commissioning, maintenance, and emergencies. - Monitor departmental tasks and negotiate with partners, DISCOMs, OEMs, and vendors. - Submit reports/MIS and actively participate in audits and compliance checks. - Develop & review JDs and KPIs, creating work plans to enhance charging service quality. - Perform any additional tasks assigned by leaders to support operational effectiveness. **Qualifications:** - Graduate / Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering from a recognized institute (AICTE/UGC-approved). Higher qualifications such as B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA are preferred. - Certification in Electrical Safety, Energy Audits, and Renewable Energy would be desirable. - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the telecom / utility / EV charging operations or infra sector, with prior team leadership experience managing 30+ staff preferred. - Knowledge of power systems, EV charging solutions, electronics, CPCB, DISCOM, CEA, IE Rules, and State Acts is essential. - Awareness of labor laws including EPF, ESI, Gratuity, and Bonus is required. A service mindset with a focus on safety, sustainability, and customer experience is crucial. - Experience in vendor coordination, partner management, negotiation, incident response, and uptime assurance is advantageous. - Strong ownership, accountability, creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn are key traits. A service-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction is important. Ethical and consistent workplace behavior is expected.
