Technical Operation Engineer/ Manager (for charging station)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for receiving and processing KPIs related to the progress of station setup. Acting as the main point of contact to coordinate with contractor departments/Setup/finance - accounting for negotiations, finalizing pricing, and signing construction contracts. You will draft conditions of contracts with collaborating partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and negotiating terms. Key Responsibilities: - Control site survey results for charging stations, ensuring fire safety distances and layout standards. - Oversee site handover to contractors for construction approval. - Coordinate and resolve issues from Construction Management Board. - Monitor charging station progress according to the plan. - Manage electricity purchase contracts and substation management contracts. - Plan upgrades for old stations in coordination with departments. - Review, negotiate, and re-sign/extend contracts with partners for continued operation of charging stations. - Discuss and resolve issues with partners related to contracts. - Collect legal documents and update data for tracking systems. - Draft contracts, appendix, and relevant agreements. - Report work progress as requested by management. Qualifications: - Graduated from college or university in Design, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc. - Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising construction and electrical works, quantity take-off, and valuation of projects. - High discipline, serious, fair, determined, and proactive in work. - Creative, progress-oriented, and focused on quality and efficiency. - Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of electric vehicle charging station projects, charging post layout, and legal documents related to real estate.
