Legal Expert/ Senior Lawyer (India)

As a Legal Manager at V-Green Global Charging Station Development Company, your role involves coordinating with vertical branches of the Legal Department to provide legal advice on professional and organizational activities of the Company and its affiliated entity. You will be responsible for building, updating, and managing the system of decentralization, authorization, and assignment throughout the company. Additionally, you are expected to check and control compliance with internal regulations and legal provisions in the professional activities of units across the system. Your duties will also include consulting and legal review of economic, commercial, and labor contracts to minimize risks for the Company, as well as supervising the implementation of periodic and irregular reports according to regulations of state agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with vertical branches of the Legal Department for legal advice - Build, update, and manage decentralization system - Ensure compliance with internal regulations and legal provisions - Review economic, commercial, and labor contracts - Supervise implementation of periodic and irregular reports Qualifications: - Bachelor or higher degree in Law; lawyer-practicing certificate is an advantage - Minimum 07 years of experience in legislation and legal consulting - At least 02 years of experience in organizing and operating legal teams - Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and experience in corporate, investment, commercial, labor, and other legal areas - Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive and responsible work approach - Commitment to quality and efficiency Thank you for considering V-Green Global Charging Station Development Company as your potential employer.
