You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Mentor and coach junior project management professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. Experience in leading SAP FI CO implementation projects. Knowledge of SAP FI CO integration with other modules. Experience in managing project budgets and financials. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Experience in managing global or multi-country projects. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
