Technical Head

As the Technical Head at CTA Apparels, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical and quality functions across multiple categories. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the end-to-end product development process, ensuring precision in spec sheets and technical packs, and implementing robust QA systems. You will also be responsible for driving strategies to improve technical efficiency, reduce rejections and claims, and support business scalability through partnerships and market-aligned processes. Your role will require you to introduce advanced workmanship techniques, streamline sample-to-production cycles, and integrate sustainability into QA and technical operations. To excel in this position, you should hold a B.Tech in Fashion/Textile Technology or equivalent qualification, have at least 15 years of leadership experience in Technical, QA, and Compliance within apparel exports, and possess expertise in wovens and knits across different categories. Your key competencies should include a strong mix of technical expertise and business leadership, strategic and tactical planning skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to lead teams effectively, manage change, and deliver consistent results.
