Technical Head

As the Technical Head of Construction Chemicals Application & Execution at Lubon Infra Chem Pvt. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of leading the technical strategy, managing application teams, and ensuring top-tier quality and performance on-site. Lubon Infra Chem is a renowned leader in specialized construction chemical solutions, serving complex infrastructure and real estate projects in India and the UAE. Your key responsibilities will include defining and driving the technical roadmap for construction chemicals, developing standardized application methodologies, and providing subject-matter expertise to various teams for product positioning and client proposals. You will also be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, conducting technical assessments, overseeing project execution, and ensuring strict quality control and compliance with industry standards. In addition to managing stakeholder relationships and leading technical presentations, you will build and mentor a high-performing team of site engineers and applicators. Your role will also involve preparing technical proposals, execution plans, and performance reports, while maintaining detailed documentation for audits and client reporting. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in construction chemicals application. Strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of product systems, and proficiency in project management tools are essential. Excellent communication, client-facing skills, and a willingness to travel to project sites are also required.
