Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Head to lead our technical, service, and project execution teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in solar energy systems, leadership capability, and the ability to guide multiple teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical, service, and installation teams.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects (site survey, design, installation, commissioning).
• Review and finalize technical designs, system sizing, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support field teams with solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams for technical support.
• Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and optimize workflow.
• Train technicians, engineers, and field staff on technical best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, material planning, and technical procurement.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar or power systems (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in on-grid, off-grid, hybrid solar systems, and inverters.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
