Technical Head

As a visionary Technical Head with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology roadmap and digital strategy of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and implementing the companys technology roadmap and digital strategy. - Leading initiatives in cloud architecture, IoT, AI/ML, and data migration. - Overseeing application development focusing on Java, open-source, and cross-platform technologies. - Mentoring and leading cross-functional tech teams such as developers, architects, DevOps, and QA. - Driving talent acquisition, training, and performance management. - Ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems on Linux, Windows, and cloud platforms. - Collaborating with leadership to align technology with business growth. - Building and guiding high-performing tech teams. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 15+ years of leadership experience in tech-driven roles. - Deep expertise in Java, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and networking. - Proven track record in driving digital transformation and managing complex systems. - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills. - Prior experience working with leading global organizations. - Based in Kolkata.
