About the Role The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving process improvements, and collaborating with teams to deliver insights and solutions. Responsibilities : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Drive process improvements and strategy execution. Conduct market and competitor research. Deliver clear reports, dashboards, and presentations. Collaborate with teams to solve problems and share insights. Contribute to policy, standard, and framework development. Qualifications : Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields. Required Skills : 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tech domain. Skilled in Excel, Google Workspace, and BI tools like Tableau. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project collaboration tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with communication technologies/software is a plus.
