**Role Overview:** As a Business Analyst at Pragmatic Techsofts, your primary responsibility will be to manage project plans and project work for OpenERP implementation projects. You will be involved in requirement gathering, documentation, system design, and ensuring correct delivery and training during the handover of the implementations. Your role will also include gathering and understanding customer expectations, analyzing differences between requirements and current functionality, designing solutions, preparing documentation, creating end user manuals and training videos, testing the application, and providing onsite training and implementation at client sites. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage project plans and project work for OpenERP implementation projects - Gather requirements and understand customer expectations - Analyze differences between requirements and current functionality - Design solutions to bridge the gap - Prepare documentation including timelines and costing - Create end user manuals and training videos - Test the application to verify functionality - Provide onsite training and implementation at client sites **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in client management - Ability to manage day-to-day client interaction and set/manage client expectations - Strong communication skills to identify needs and evaluate business solutions - Capability to build lasting relationships with clients and foster client ties - Proficiency in facilitating team and client meetings effectively - Experience in resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion - Understanding of programming, database, Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures - Awareness of new and emerging technologies and their applications on client engagements - Ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior staff Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company. **Role Overview:** As a Business Analyst at Pragmatic Techsofts, your primary responsibility will be to manage project plans and project work for OpenERP implementation projects.
