We are looking for a visionary Technical Head with 15+ Years to lead our tech strategy and innovation
The ideal candidate has vast experience across modern tech stacks and has driven large-scale transformation for top-tier organizations Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute the company s technology roadmap and digital strategy

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in cloud architecture, IoT, AI/ML, and data migration

Oversee application development with strong emphasis on Java , open-source, and cross-platform technologies

Lead and mentor cross-functional tech teams (developers, architects, DevOps, QA, etc)

Drive talent acquisition, training, and performance management

Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across Linux, Windows , and cloud environments

Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business growth

Build and guide high-performing tech teams

Requirements :

15+ years of leadership experience in tech-driven roles

Deep expertise in Java, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms , and networking

Proven track record in driving digital transformation and managing complex systems

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills
