Key Responsibilities: Policy Formulation : Periodically develop and review technical policies suited to the target market, ensuring adherence to central and state regulations, especially for customers with undocumented income/technical profiles. Policy Implementation : Ensure effective execution of technical policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines. Statutory Compliance : Maintain compliance with RBI/NHB norms within prescribed timelines. Training & Process Improvement : Lead and mentor the technical team, conduct training on legal and technical processes, and enhance valuation methodologies. Regulatory Liaison : Monitor and communicate changes in housing finance regulations and property laws to ensure continuous compliance. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with sales, credit, legal, operations, and customer service teams for smooth loan processing. Quality Control : Ensure accurate and timely technical evaluations, maintaining high standards and minimizing errors or delays. Qualifications & Skills: Education : B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience : Minimum 15 years in a senior technical role within housing finance, real estate, or legal due diligence, with at least 5 years managing property valuation teams. Legal Knowledge : Strong understanding of property laws, real estate regulations, encumbrance checks, and technical evaluation processes. Attention to Detail : High accuracy in identifying issues in property documents and contracts. Leadership : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing technical teams. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Skilled in resolving complex valuation and technical issues efficiently. Risk Management : Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks related to property valuation and stage-wise construction. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms including Government portal for ascertaining guideline values used for property valuation. Follow up and expedite the sample castings from Pouring to Dispatch Expedite the castings within the shortest lead time Follow up the various stage of casting process and record the results Coordinate with NDT team for various testing and record the results Co Ordinate with Dimension Inspection team and complete the testing Offering the sample castings to Internal QC and customer for inspection Obtain Approval and release for shipment Compile all the PPAP Documents and hand over to Head technical for further course of action Follow Up the corrective action and release the parts for bulk Production

Role & responsibilities Plan& formulate preventive maintenance schedule for all the Plant and Machinery as well as the asset in general to enhance the life of the asset. Ensure preventive maintenance scheduling is carried out in a planned and orderly fashion without any inconvenience to retailers or customers. He should monitor minimum downtime of any equipment by maintaining comprehensive plant room, repair and maintenance statistics. Train & instruct workmen of the department staff as well as contractors to achieve optimum efficiency and skills. Ensure that all staff are updated with latest trends and technology as well as special techniques to deal with architectural finishes Co-ordinate with the head office for need based training programs within the department. Ensures complete hygiene standards & cleanliness of all Plant & Machinery, Control rooms always. Safe keep of service history records of all Plant & Machinery at the Centre with warranties, instruction manuals & statutory documents.
